New Subscription Plans Available
Earlier this year, we switched to a subscription-only service.
A few things changed, but nothing serious.
In a nutshell:
- Subscriptions plans are now available for 1, 3, 6 and 12 months
- Sign up for a free ZenPop user account before you order
- Your plan will automatically renew, unless you uncheck this option

There are many benefits to subscribing to ZenPop for 3, 6 or 12 months.
You can subscribe for a one-off ZenPop pack (select a 1 month plan and turn off automatic renewal), but we recommend you consider a longer subscription.

The longer you subscribe to ZenPop, the more you’ll save:
- 3 month subscription plan - save $3
- 6 month subscription plan - save $12
- 12 month subscription plan - save $36
Less Waiting = More Time for Snacking
Nobody likes to wait, especially for tasty snacks. Now, it’s not a race, but you can get your pack faster!
Every month, we process all ongoing subscriptions first - that means your pack will be one of the very first we ship from our warehouse in Osaka, Japan.
All packs already paid for are processed on the 2nd of the month and shipped immediately (our warehouse is open 6 days!)
If you’re on a recurring 1 month plan, your pack will only be shipped after your plan is renewed and payment received on the 10th of the month.

Automatic Renewal
Life can sometimes get busy, right?!
We like to think of our automatic renewal function as your fairy godmother!
She looks over your ZenPop subscription and makes sure you don’t miss out on a month of limited-edition snacks or must-have stationery.
We’re all about being open and transparent, so you’ll find the Automatic Renewal checkbox in a prime position on the payment page. If you got this and don’t need a fairy godmother, then feel free to turn it off.
