Canada Strike Update [Shipping Resumed to normal]

[Update - Shipping to Canada has resumed to normal / 15.01.2019]

Thank you for your continued support.

Due to the recent postal strikes in Canada, there are unprecedented backlogs that are impacting international shipments, including ZenPop packs. Japan Post is currently holding any package directed to Canada. Until the time Japan Post starts accepting outgoing packages again, we are not taking any new orders bound for Canada. Unfortunately we can’t say yet when shipping will resume. It seems likely that it may start again before the end of the year, albeit with delays expected through March 2019.

If you live in Canada and ordered a pack during the last week or so and it hasn’t been shipped yet, we can hold your order and ship you a current pack at the time shipments resume. Or we can cancel your order and refund your payment if you wish.

If  you have an ongoing subscription, we will pause it for now, and send you the remaining boxes as soon as it is possible again.

If your order has already been shipped, please expect delays. Your package should eventually arrive safely, but please feel free to contact us if you have any concerns.

Please refer to Canada Post’s official website for updates: https://www.canadapost.ca/web/en/comm/list.page?cattype=special&cat=specialupdate

We would also like to remind you of the usual shipping delays that occur during the Christmas and holiday season. Thank you for your patience and understanding in these matters.
