ZenPop will be ending all operations by June 2026

This announcement explains what will happen to current subscriptions, final box shipments, refunds, store orders, ZenPop platforms, and personal information.

Please read the details below carefully so you know what to expect during the final months of ZenPop.


 

Hello everyone,

Thank you so much for taking part in the ZenPop journey. 🄲

ZenPop is slated to end all operations by June 2026.

Below, we’ll explain what this means for subscriptions, store orders, ZenPop platforms, and personal information.

 

For Subscribers

No action is required from your side.

All necessary updates, including switching plans to non-renewal and processing applicable refunds, will be handled by the ZenPop team.

For current and future subscriptions, please note the following:

  • You will no longer be able to purchase 3, 6, or 12-month plans.
  • All subscription plans will be switched to “Non-renew!” after June 5th.
  • All current subscriptions lasting until July will receive the July box as the last box.
  • All remaining shipments for your plan after July will have all payments refunded by July 20th, 2026.
  • If you are not subscribed but would like a final box, whether a previous or current box, you can use this code for a juicy 30% discount from our store: GOODBYE
    (these will be available on our store soon)

The ZenPop store will no longer accept orders from June 25th, 2026.

Before then, we’ll be running a sitewide clearance sale from June 1st to June 25th. If there are any items you might struggle to find elsewhere, this will be the final chance to get them before ZenPop ends operations.

All data, including email, address, name, and other personal information, will be removed from our ZenPop database permanently.
