Unique items to get a great job?!?!

Unique items to get a great job?!?!

Have you checked our current stationery pack yet?
Did you notice that we have a unique ball point pen??

Shukatsu Pen

Well, it doesn’t look like so special.
What’s the difference between this and other pens??

This pen is called “Shukatsu Pen”.

Shukatsu means job hunting in Japanese, and as some of you may have heard, it is quite a huge phase of life for college students in Japan.
Shukatsu starts on March 1st, and at midnight on that day, a lot of college juniors start applying for companies online.

It is said that the number of shukatsu students is more than 400,000 in Japan.
400,000 students start shukatsu at the same time, so we can tell how competitive to get the job that they want.
That’s why convenient tools are invented and needed!!

This pen helps shukatsu students in many ways.

Pen test

  • 3 tip sizes in one pen
→It is important to impress HR with your beautiful handwriting.
    • 1.0mm: Good for writing address on an envelope and signiture.
    • 0.7mm: Good for general use like taking notes.
    • 0.5mm: Good for writing tiny letters like in your plannner notes and resume.
  • Silent knock
→Some pens have a loud "click!" when you push the tip out. This pen doesn’t make a noise of knock at a quiet orientation session. HR doesn’t like someone who concerns people around you.
  • Extra ink refill inside
→No worries to run out of ink.

Wow, each use is so specific!
But having this pen, we don’t need to carry 3 pens for each use (plus an extra refill), so it’s really useful!

As we have a shukatsu pen, shukatsu diary notebook also exists.

planner notebook

This planner helps shukatsu students to manage their schedule of seminars, due dates for resume submission, and interviews.
Also it includes a special sheet for analyzing companies that you are interested in.
How helpful is that!!

Plus, since this planner is made for college students, you can manage your class schedules on the notebook, too!
After shukatsu has started on March 1st, there are tons of orientations and workshops to attend.
So this kind of planner helps busy shukatsu students a lot, otherwise they might forget their next schedule.

These two items seem to be must-haves for shukatsu students.
If I can get an ideal job with them, I would definitely use them!

In Japan, there are lots of unique and useful stationeries that make our lives more convenient.
Sometimes it’s weird, but sometimes it can change our lives into magically easy one!

Why don’t you try these items to get a nice job?:)
