Those who wish to continue their subscription with a longer or shorter plan, will be able to do so without waiting till the original subscription ends. 

We introduced this feature as 90% of subscribers stay several months longer than their initial plan, many even renewing twice or thrice. While we greatly appreciate this, if those subscribers had selected a longer plan initially, they could have saved a lot for the same amount of boxes.

Similarly, if you have been subscribed to a longer plan, but don’t feel compelled for say another 12 boxes, you can reduce your plan to a number that suits your needs.

You can access your account page and change the subscription directly on the subscription page.

In a Nutshell:

If you are currently subscribed to a 1, 3 or 6 month subscription, you can edit your renewal to be a longer plan and receive a discount on the next renewal in addition to the lower rate per box.

If you are currently subscribed to a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription, you can edit your renewal to be a shorter plan. No need to wait for our plan to lapse, simply edit your subscription.

Changing your subscription

To edit your subscription, go to the “subscriptions” section of your ZenPop Profile.
On the bottom of your currently active subscription you will see the box called “change billing plan”. Click this one.

This will give you a new screen with the option to select what plan you wish your next renewal to be. Select the plan that suits your needs and press “request change” in the bottom right of the pop-up window.

After your request has been made, you should receive an email confirming the change.

I have a 1-month subscription

With a one month subscription, you have great potential for getting more stationery for less! Here is a convenient chart on how much you save on each subscription.

With a 12-month subscription you have our longest plan and no option to upgrade further. If you wish to change your billing plan to a shorter plan, we have options to do so.

12-Month Subscription → 6-Month Subscription
Downgrade and be billed once every six months for 6 boxes, instead of once a year for 12 boxes per your current subscription.
12-Month Subscription → 3-Month Subscription
Downgrade and be billed once every three months for 3 boxes, instead of once a year for 12 boxes per your current subscription.
12-Month Subscription → 1-Month Subscription

When will the change take effect?

The change is active on your next renewal date. In practice, this means that if you subscribed on January 1st 2024 for a 3 month subscription, and you upgrade your subscription to a 6 month subscription, you will be billed for a 6 month subscription on April 1st 2024.

Can I change my decision before it takes effect?

Yes, you can at any time edit your renewal subscription. If the option is not available, please contact our support team.

Will it affect my subscription if it’s set to not renew?

You can only upgrade your plan if it’s set to renew.
