ZenPop Year-End Holiday Schedule: Dec 30–Jan 4 Notice

As the final pages of the year flutter to a close, we wanted to slow down for a moment and say thank you.

Whether you joined us for a monthly box, discovered a new favorite pen, or simply wandered through our little world of Japanese stationery, your presence has meant so much to us.

Your support, messages, creativity, and kindness have filled our year with color. We truly couldn’t do this without you.

Our Year-End Break

To give our team a chance to rest and recharge, both our office and logistics operations will be on holiday from:

December 30 to January 4

During this time:

• 📦 Order packing and shipments will pause
• 📨 Customer Service will also be away

CS support will return on January 5, ready to assist you with fresh energy.

All orders placed during the break will be processed once we’re back.
