About changes to U.S. shipments for recent tariff regulations

Regarding U.S. Tariffs
Due to the recent announcement of new U.S. tariff regulations, we are carefully monitoring the situation and making adjustments to ensure smooth delivery of your parcels. 
Here are the changes that will affect shipping to the United States:

• Courier Services (DHL, FedEx, UPS):

We will introduce an optional pre-charge system for import duties and brokerage fees. You may choose to opt in for this service before completing your payment. Details are to be announced.

• ECMS:

 A mandatory 15% duties charge and an additional 500 JPY brokerage fee per parcel (may be subject to change) will be applied. Subscribers using ECMS will receive a follow-up email shortly with more details.

• Japan Post:

 At this time, it is still uncertain what measures will be implemented. There may be an additional standard fee applied to all parcels. As a precaution for any sudden changes, all September shipments for Japan Post will be postponed until the 2nd week of September, or until the changes have been confirmed.

• ZenExpress:

This option will no longer be available for shipping to the United States starting August 20th, 2025.If you would like to change your shipping method or have any questions, please contact us at [email protected].
