  3. Meaty Udon
Smooth noodles in sweet and savory soup. The soup is flavored with pork, mackerel, shiitake mushroom, and vegetable. It sounds already satisfying, but the beef pieces add umami to make it tastier.
  4. Kansai Dashi Udon
If you are a cooking person, here is a chance for you to show off your talent. Add whatever you like to make a delicious bowl of udon. Enjoy the subtle flavor of dashi (base stock), which is indispensable to Japanese cuisine.
  5. Red Pepper Noodles
Red pepper is kneaded into the noodles, and it looks very hot, but don’t worry. According to the description, the hotness level is just 3. Sesame gives a flavorful taste to the soup.
  6. Maruchan Chanpon
Chanpon, a regional cuisine of Nagasaki, features thick noodles and a mountain of vegetables. This bowl of chanpon doesn’t include a “mountain” of vegetables like original one, but it’s still tasty and satisfying.
  7. Meaty Soba
Soba noodles in “umai tsuyu (tasty soup)”! The soup has savory umami of meat, bonito, and kombu (kelp), and the pork pieces make it umai-er.
  8. Woton Shoyu Noodles
Ramen noodles and wonton dumplings in shoyu soup. The soup is spiced up with ginger, which gives a subtle refreshing flavor to it.
  9. Rich Tonkotsu Ramen
Smooth, straight noodles in tonkotsu soup. The soup has a rich taste of tonkotsu, but it’s not too heavy. The noodles might feel a little bit hard if you wait just for 2 minutes as suggested, so if you want them softer, wait a bit longer.
