You can enjoy the taste of fresh Erimo Azuki beans from Hokkaido, with aromatic “monaka” skin and some delicious sticky rice flour dough called gyuhi. What’s special about this, is that you have all the 3 ingredients separately, and can set up your very own tea time in the afternoon. It goes well with ice cream or seasonal fruits!
