Nisshin Raou Noukou Miso from Nisshin

Allergens: wheat, egg, dairy, pork, chicken, soy, sesame, gelatin Cooking time: 5 minutes How to cook: 1. Remove half of the lid and take out 3 bags. 2. Open the dried ingredients bag over the noodles, pour boiling water up to the indicated line, cover, and place the liquid soup on top of the lid to warm. 3. After 5 minutes, loosen the noodles, open powder and liquid soup, stir well, and enjoy. Regularly voted as one of the most popular ramen series in Japan, Raou from Nissin has a lot of tasty cups to pick from. We went for this rich miso (濃厚味噌), which features straight noodles that have a nice texture and pair well with the rich miso soup. Maru chan Menzukuri Shoyu Tonkotsu from Toyo Suisan

Open the dried ingredients bag over the noodles, pour boiling water up to the indicated line, cover, and place the liquid soup on top of the lid to warm. 3. After 5 minutes, loosen the noodles, open powder and liquid soup, stir well, and enjoy. After something a little spicy, here we got a mellow soy sauce tonkotsu (醤油とんこつ) soup that combines the flavor of pork bones with the richness of soy sauce and vegetables. For that type of broth, tsurukoshi non-fried noodles (つるコシノンフライ中細麺) go very well. They are lighter and fit well with the slightly creamy broth.

Sapporo Ichiban Shoyu Donburi Jidori from Sanyo Shokuhin

A modern take on a classic dish: this flavorful ramen combines the flavor of "Sapporo Ichiban Soy Sauce Flavored Donburi" with the flavor of Jidori stock. They used local chicken from Hakata (はかた地どり), in Fukuoka prefecture, to prepare the dashi that gives the soup its unique flavor. The noodles have a subtle taste, and a relatively firm texture. After 4 minutes, loosen the noodles, open seasoning oil, stir well, and enjoy. Quite rare in the instant noodle world: whole grain combined noodles! We couldn’t pass on those and their wheat aroma, which, paired with the umami of kelp, a hint of shio (salt). Additionally, the noodles have a delightfully 'mochi mochi' texture. Aptly named 'Menshokunin,' which translates to 'noodle expert,' it lives up to its name. What makes this cup really special is the refreshing yuzu scent that will steam out of the bowl as soon as you pour some hot water over it, giving you an early summer aroma!
