Dagashi - These traditional Japanese sweets are playful little snacks rife with nostalgia, but still loved by kids today. It's a fun way to experience Japanese culture.
Chocolate - Kit Kats and Pocky are just the beginning. You'll find green matcha chocolate, cookies, and more creative sweets.
Limited and Seasonal - Regional and seasonal ingredients inspire snack makers all the time. We find the good stuff for you and let you enjoy Japanese seasons wherever you are!
Shipping / Returns
Shipping methods: We currently ship our boxes with ZenExpress, the Japan Post, and express carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS or ECMS. Shipping options will vary depending on the country and the pack. Please proceed to select your pack to see available options.
Delivery estimates: Express carriers usually deliver within a week, whereas the Japan Post or ZenExpress take 2 to 4 weeks.
Return policy: Should a pack be returned, we will contact you directly to offer solutions for you to receive your box.
Missing pack: Should a pack not be delivered a month after you received the shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us so that we can assist you and make sure you get your favorite box!

Do I need an account to order?
Yes, it is necessary to create an account. It will allow you to manage your delivery address, check the status of your order as well as retrieve the pack's tracking information.
How does the store work?
You can choose your preferred box, order, and enjoy! No subscriptions, no commiments, just one-time orders!
Is this a subscription?
No, all store purchases are single purchases and none of the boxes listed here are tied to a susbcription. However if you'd like to subscribe, head over to our homepage to select your preferred box!
