Noodles can be great meal in the summer, too. For this Ramen Pack, we chose light, refreshing, healthy noodles that you can enjoy in the hot season. Noodles are also nice because you may not feel like cooking while you're on vacation :p
- Kitsune Udon
Udon noodles and deep fried tofu in low-sodium soup. It won the gold prize at the JSH (Japanese Society of Hypertension) Low Sodium Food Award in 2017, which means it’s tasty and healthy!
- Chicken Shoyu Ramen
The shoyu (soy sauce) soup is flavored with chicken broth. It’s light, and you’ll never be tired of it. The noodles are rubbery and chewy like authentic ramen served at restaurants.
- Tempra Soba
The shoyu soup is flavored with bonito and kombu (kelp) broth and is low-sodium too. Age-tama (fried wheat flour) and tiny shrimps make the soup even more savory.
- Shio Yakisoba
This one is also low-salt but you would not notice that because it’s tasty (which is the same for other noodles in this pack too!) Flavored with savory beef and vegetable. Nice and simple!
- Veggy Tanmen
Curly noodles in savory chicken based salt soup, flavored with roasted vegetable. If you add more cabbage, carrot or green onion, it would look more delicious and you can enjoy it in a healthier way.
- Coriander Chicken Noodles
Coriander has been really popular in Japan recently. This bowl of noodles is rather for beginners of the unique herb. (Those who love coriander are called pak-chist in Japan.) Contains meatballs and pieces of cabbage, red pepper and coriander, which make it colorful and yummy-looking.
- Mochi-mochi Yakisoba
Mochi-mochi (chewy) noodles in a moderate and cute packaging. Yakisoba bowls are usually large and pull people's attention, but this one will not embarrass you even if you're having it in the office.
- Seaweed Ramen
The noodles are not fried, which makes this bowl of ramen relatively low in calories. The shoyu based soup is zested up with sesame and includes slices of seaweed that cover up the surface of the soup. Healthy and satisfying!
- Okinawa Soba
Comes in a lovely summer-looking packaging! The thick and wide noodles look and taste like traditional Okinawa soba. The soup is light and flavored with bonito and pork.
